(Please note, appointments are for 60, 90, or 120 minutes. If using a voucher please choose the correct session time frame. If you book a shorter session than your voucher will allow, it will not always be possible to upgrade to a longer session at that time due to scheduling conflicts. So PLEASE book the correct length of session based on the voucher you're using. Thank you.

Please click on the link above, choosing the service you'd like then choose your preferred provider if given that option (Lisa or DeWayne, or no preferance). If you have already purchased a voucher from an online site, such as GroupOn, Living Social, Amazon, or Crowd Cut, please go ahead and schedule online, just make sure to bring your voucher with you to your appointment. Note: one voucher per client. Vouchers will be accepted for new clients only. This means if you purchase a living social voucher AND a groupon you may use one or the other. Not both. Additional Note: vouchers have a 3 month or a 6 month expiration date from the date of purchase depending upon where purchased (packages purchased through Mikkelson Massage never expire). As long as your appointment is booked before expiration your voucher will be accepted, even if the actual appointment occurs after expiration. We typically book out 4 to 6 weeks so keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment. Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchase price only with a remaining balance due if you book your appointment after expiration. No exceptions. 

Priority Scheduling
Because of the large volume of vouchers sold we have a priority program for returning clients paying directly without a 3rd party voucher. If the dates available through the online scheduler above do not work, AND YOU ARE A RETURNING CLIENT AND DO NOT HAVE A 3rd PARTY VOUCHER! Please message me through the contact form on this site. Please list the date(s) and time(s) you are shooting for and I will try to fit you it. Please, do not attempt to schedule in this way unless you are paying us directly. I am still unable to take same day or walk in clients but am hopeful that this system will allow everyone to get in ASAP. Thank you for understanding

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $25. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Because I realize life happens, this fee will be waived for the first AND ONLY THE FIRST occurance.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason and does not call us, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged full price for their “missed” appointment. Those with pre-paid vouchers will forfeit them. 

Late Arrivals
New clients are asked to please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Out Calls
If your session is in your home, please allow an additional 30 minutes for set up and take down time. For example: if your appointment is for 2:00pm I will arrive no later than 1:45 and leave within 15 minutes of the end of session.
