If you have a Groupon for a 60 or 90 minute massage please book an Integrative Session. It is my intention to honor all Groupons that are booked prior to expiration.
Note: one voucher per client. Vouchers will be accepted for new clients only. As long as your appointment is booked before expiration your voucher will be accepted, even if the actual appointment occurs after expiration. Expired vouchers will be honored for the purchase price only with a remaining balance due if you book your appointment after expiration. No exceptions.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is appreciated when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $25. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Because I realize life happens, this fee will be waived for the first AND ONLY THE FIRST occurance.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason and does not call us, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged full price for their “missed” appointment. Those with pre-paid vouchers will forfeit them.
New clients are asked to please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
